2011 Holiday Toy Drive – A Huge Success!!!
Thank you for making our 2011 Holiday Toy Drive a huge success!!
For the 2011 holiday season Peak Sports Chiropractic partnered with Share-A-Gift, a local non-profit that provides toys for children of low income families in the region of the Boulder Valley School District. The overwhelming generosity of our patients and friends did not go unnoticed. On Thursday December 15th Dr. Andy delivered a load of toys over the Share-A-Gift headquarters in Boulder. Even better, Andy was given the opportunity to stick around for the first wave of children to pick out a toy or two from a warehouse full holiday goodies.
Seeing the excitement on the kids’ faces not only brought back fond memories of my own childhood holidays, but it gave a striking reminder that not all families in our community are fortunate enough to give or receive gifts during the holiday season. Thanks to the generosity of many individuals like yourselves, a little bit of holiday magic could be provided for an estimated 2000 children.
